Schokobella dark, milk & Schokobella white creams.

Processing:


Whip 1.1kg of "Schokobella" with 500gr of softened unsalted butter, in a mixer at high speed for 5 minutes.

 

Add 70gm. of Martin Braun Dessert paste if required.
