Olitalia Truffle flavoured oil is obtained by infusing selected white truffle to 
olive oil for about a month before being bottled.

 

This particular flavour combination makes it ideal to dress salads, elaborate pasta dishes, rice, meat, sauces and soups. Try a few drops on eggs or omelettes. 
 

Whip some softened butter with a good slosh of Olitalia Truffle Oil and some fresh herbs then roll into a log in some Gladwrap and freeze. Then, after cooking, place a slice of this compund butter on your meat or vegetables for a great flavor.
