Fresh As is a small, quality driven company based in Auckland, New Zealand. We have been providing freeze dried ingredients to the highest echelon of chefs throughout the world since 2006.

We have now introduced a retail range of herbs to complement our foodservice range that will allow home chefs to recreate recipes from these restaurants.
 
All Fresh As products are 100% natural with only one thing being in the bag, herbs. Each of our herbs has a 2 year shelf life and comes in a re-sealable foil bag, along with recipe cards in each
individual pack.
