Cinnamon Powder - Cinnamon "True Cinnamon" (Cinnamomum verum, synonym C. zeylanicum) is a small evergreen tree native to Sri Lanka and Southern India, not to be confused with Cassia which is generally light to reddish brown with a courser grind.
