Organic Raw Vanilla Sugar 1Kg Certified organic light coloured raw sugar blended with pure ground vanilla pods. 

Tip: Mix 4tbsp together with 3tbsp of Equagold Vanilla Grapeseed oil, rub over the flesh of a fillet Salmon.

Leave to marinate for 30mins, then either smoke or roast at 200 degrees C for 15mins.
 
Serve with a fresh salad, and Vanilla & Saffron mayonnaise.
