Shrimp paste or shrimp sauce is a fermentedcondiment commonly used in Southeast Asian, Northeastern South Asian and Southern Chinese cuisines.

 

Can be mixed with many types of chilli pastes (nam prik), Thai curry paste such as sour curry (kaeng som). 

 

Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 30 days.
