This olive oil with ceps will bring to your recipes an intense taste and a unique flavor. Flavoring extra virgin olive oil with porcini mushrooms is a very delicate alchemy, since olive oil must not hide the aroma and flavor of the mushrooms that Maison Borde wishes to put forward.
With its experience and know-how, Borde has selected for you a variety of olives specific to the heart of Spanish Catalonia. It is the olive Arbequina characterized by its intense green color, its soft and delicate aroma slightly fruity. The olives are crushed with great care, and the juice extracted at first cold pressure will become, after filtration at rest, an extra virgin oil in the foreground with a degree of acidity not exceeding 0.25 (% d Oleic Acid).
Suggestion This oil will ideally accompany your salads, risotto, pasta and most of your dishes.
